We'll work through any challenges together and I'll encourage you to commit to the process and empower you to take charge of your life - regardless of what's happened before.

As well as creating a support network that extends beyond the timeframe of the course, you'll be inspired by the ideas and actions from the other participants on the course.

Everything we discuss remains confidential so you can be completely open and honest about the challenges you're facing and rest assured your employer won't find out that you want to change careers until you're ready to tell them!

All the weekly group coaching sessions take place via Zoom so you'll need  a wifi connection and the course framework consists of a set of tried and tested materials for you to access and work through in your own time.

How long does it take to change careers?

Career change is not straight forward, especially when you’re starting with a blank canvas. For anyone who is looking to change career with no idea what they want to do I recommend my 12 week Redesign Your Career programme. A lot can be achieved to make your career change happen in 3 months; you may find yourself in a new role in a different industry or at the very least, you’ll be equipped with all the confidence, knowledge and tools to continue your journey independently.

What is a discovery call?

I offer a free 30 - 45 minute discovery call before you commit to working with me because I know how important it is to see if we click first. There is no commitment to work with me at this stage. During our call, we'll discuss your current situation in detail and I'll share my coaching approach with you. I’ll explain the framework of my coaching programme and we can agree the principles of working together. If you decide at this point that you'd like to commit to coaching with me, we can also book in our first coaching session. You don't have to decide there and then of course and I do offer a 10% discount for clients who commit and pay upfront within 3 days of their discovery call.

What is coaching?

Coaching explores what you actually want from your life, challenges any limiting beliefs, raises your awareness and most importantly, helps you figure out how you can start making changes that have positive impact on your life. During our coaching sessions, I'll support you in clarifying what you want to change, explore the reasons behind what's stopping you progressing and hold you accountable for taking specific, agreed actions.

How much can I expect to pay for career coaching?

The investment for my my signature 12 session 1:1 Career Change programme is £1,600 and £1,300 for the Group programme.

I also offer a payment plan option where you can split the cost over 4 months.

This includes access to all the course materials as well as tips on how to structure your CV and utilise LinkedIn effectively for a career change.

If you’re looking for shorter term support on a specific goal, I can opt for a 90 minute deep dive coaching sessions for £99. This may be more appropriate for those of you who want some advice on setting up a business, reviewing your CV or LinkedIn Profile or work on your interview technique.

When and where does coaching take place?

I am available to coach 1:1 clients Monday to Thursday from 7am-9pm and Friday from 7am-6pm. Sunday evenings are usually reserved for my Group Coaching course and there are also limited slots available on Saturday mornings. I conduct most coaching sessions through Skype/Zoom but can meet private 1:1 clients in Central London with prior arrangement.

What’s expected from me as the client?

A career coaching programme is an investment, and I want to make sure you gain all you can from it. Therefore I will ask that are you are willing to get out of your comfort zone. Whether this is through seeking feedback, connecting with strangers or testing out your ideas; expanding your comfort zone is a great way to improve confidence and clarity - both of which are essential for successful career change. You will get out of programme what you put in, so I encourage you to be open-minded about what you can achieve through small but consistent steps forward.

Throughout the journey I will offer a safe space for you to be open about your fears as well as honest feedback. However, the results you get will be determined by your own commitment and ability to act on the tools I share with you.

Can success be guaranteed as a result of working with a coach?

No coach can guarantee that you will achieve what you're aiming for. You have to put in the effort. As a coach I cannot fix everything for you. However, If you can follow my tried and tested framework and commit fully to the process, I believe that you have all the answers that you need and I assist by tapping into your internal resources to get you from where you are now to where you want to be.

Are all coaches qualified to coach?

Whilst coaching is not yet a regulated industry in the UK, I have worked to gain recognised qualifications in life coaching and career coaching with training programmes that are accredited by the International Coach Federation. I have worked with hundreds of coaching clients over the past 3 years and along with my career change coaching toolbox, I am well equipped to support those who are feeling stuck in a career rut and want to make a shift into a new industry but don't know really know what it is they want to do.

What can I expect from working with you?

My aim is to support my clients in raising their awareness, creating clarity and help them reach their full potential. For those with a goal to change careers, my 12 week career change programme is a tried and tested method specifically designed to gain clarity on your ideal career and help you build the confidence to take action to make it a reality.

Why should I invest in coaching?

Many of the reasons you might invest in coaching might be the same reasons you might pay for a nice car or luxury holiday. Because you want to invest in yourself - in something that makes you happy. Coaching helps you create a more positive, expansive mindset. And it's this fundamental shift in the way that you go about your life which lasts way longer than those good holiday vibes. This new mindset helps you to become more self aware and dispel the limiting beliefs that are holding you back in order to allow you to create long lasting and positive changes in your life.

There's no better investment to make than in the one person who can make you happy - YOU. Your future self will thank you for it.

I don't want to/can't commit to a long term coaching programme. Can we still work together?

Yes! If you have a short-term goal, like preparing for an interview or getting advice on your CV or LinkedIn I offer a one-off 90 minute deep dive coaching session for £99. However, if you're looking to make a career change and you don't know what you want to do yet, I'd recommend one of my coaching programmes.
